Nice building, perfect and favourable location near numerous commercial areas, stores and the Old Market and the zoo. Again, walking distance to Horseshoe Council Bluffs.

Favourable location as only 5 minutes to Mid-America Center Arena. Found in a busy area. Wonderful and comfy room with a nice decor.

This location was quiet, close enough to the Old Market, a nice area, and the river. Moreover, it was within a close distance from Mid-America Center Arena. The breakfast was awesome, overall food was good.

I had a fantastic stay at Springhill Suites! The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast spread was extensive and satisfying. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, perfect for a longer stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, with no crowding. a great experience that I would highly recommend.

The location was marvellous for traveling around Council Bluffs, so close to a nice area, Council Bluffs for the funeral of a family member and the Mid-America Center. Awesome breakfast served at the pool area😀

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Council Bluffs, IA. The hotel was located in an area that had a lot of truck stop and convenience stores, which was really convenient. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family with kids, with a sofa and two beds that worked well for a sleepover. Another great aspect was the breakfast, which had a good variety of options, including some healthy choices.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I didn't encounter any issues that needed improvement.
